By opting in to SMS through an applicable consent process, you agree to receive text messages from Nex-Gen Transport LLC about freight quote follow-ups, pickup and delivery scheduling, shipment status updates, dispatch coordination, and customer support related to your transportation services.
This program covers service-related communications. It does not authorize unrelated promotional or marketing messages.
Participation is voluntary. Visiting this website, reading these terms, or submitting the email quote form does not by itself enroll you in SMS. SMS messages require your opt-in through a separate consent process. Your consent applies to Nex-Gen Transport LLC and the message types disclosed when you opt in.
